We build a 6 ft vinyl fence all around 8 Tolman Street property. Creating an Identity of beauty for the property and and the community. Transition that to the Picket fence provides neighborhood confidence with the sense of transparency and social understanding. We also factored in kids protection in and beyonds the walls of the fence and not forgetting the protection of pets as well. This project highlighted the probability of added property value not just to 8 Tolman street but also spillover to over to the neighborhood as well
